About Henry & Company

Real estate professional Shawn Henry started Henry & Company in 2013 after spending seven years as Vice President of Lee & Associates of St. Louis, a national commercial real estate firm.


OUR APPROACH: 

Henry & Company is not just a real estate firm who throws up a sign on a property and waits for the phone to ring.  We actively seek out tenants, users, investors, owners, lenders, and third party professionals to help our clients fill vacant space, sell a property, liquidate fixtures & equipment, manage, and make money in real estate.  No matter what property type (industrial, office, retail, investment, land, billboards and cell towers/antennas) we can help. Regardless of what business you're in real estate plays a role in that business and the decisions it makes.
